It is named after the schezwan sauce used in preparing the noodles. The
specialty of this sauce is its pungency and spiciness which arise from the
generous use of garlic and chilies.
Hakka Noodles
Hakka noodles are one of the most
common Chinese dishes popular in India. Hakka noodles differ from noodle based
dishes such as chowmein based on their tastes. It is prepared by boiling and
then frying with vegetables, meat and sauce. This dish is named after the Hakka
people of China.
