How to prepare egg fried rice

Egg Fried rice is one of the most popular Chinese dishes in Indians and here is a simple recipe to cook your favorite dish at home.

Ingredients
·         3 to 4 cups of long grain white rice
·         1.5 to 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
·         4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
·         1-2 chopped onions
·         ½ to 1 teaspoon of pepper
·         ½ to 1 teaspoon of salt
·         1-2 eggs

Preparing the Ingredients
Before you start making the dish itself, it is necessary that you prepare the ingredients beforehand so they are easily available in prepared form to you while cooking. Precook rice and make sure that they are only half cooked, chop up your onions and beat the eggs. When you are done with all these steps, you can start preparing your fried rice following the steps given below.

Cooking the Fried Rice
Put your frying pan on the burner and turn the heat to medium high. After the pan is heated, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in it. Let the oil to coat the bottom of pan; reducing the heat of the burner, pour eggs in it and cook it for a while.
When it is cooked, empty your pan and add another 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil in it. Add rice and stir it with a large spoon occasionally for few minutes. Remember your rice is already precooked.

Now add soy sauce and mix it well with rice. After a minute, add rest of the ingredients starting with the eggs and then salt and pepper. Stir them for a few minutes and allow the ingredients to from a nice mixture with rice so their tastes can blend with each other. Your egg fried rice is now ready, remove the pan from the burner and serve it hot.

Yummy red sauce pasta by spago fusion

Well, we just got the recipe of most amazing pasta. Spago fusion just shared its recipe of red sauce fungi firri tiana pasta. Its yummy, full of flavor and easy to make.

Ingredients

1.     Olive oil – 2 table spoon

2.     Onion – 2 medium chopped

3.     Garlic cloves- copped

4.     Tomatoes- 1 kg, skinned, seeds removed and roughly chopped

5.     Tomato puree- 1 table spoon

6.     Salt

7.     Freshly ground black pepper

8.     Bay leaf-1

9.     Sprig thyme - 1

Preparation method

  1. Heat the oil in a wide pan over a tender heat.
  2. Add the onions and fry gently, blend     continuously, until translucent. Let them get soft but don’t let them     become brown. Give it 8-10 min to process properly.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for few     moments to soften them.
  4. Put fresh and tinned tomatoes     and the tomato puree and blend.
  5. Add salt and crisply ground     dark pepper, the bay leaf and thyme.
  6. Let it heat till it boils, then     reduce the heat and stir slowly for 20-30 minutes, let the tomatoes and     other things become kind of thick sauce, add some water if it thickens too     much.
  7. When the sauce has been for     10-20 minutes, bring a huge pot of all around salted water to the bubble     and cook your pasta as per the pack guidelines.
  8. Let the pasta get cooked now.When the sauce is cooked, taste     for flavoring and include salt and crisply ground dark pepper if     important.
  9. After the sauce and pasta both     are ready, great some mozzarilla cheese and spread it on the pasta.
  10. Remove the bay leaf and thyme.
  11. Pour the sauce over the pasta and serve.

Easy Recipe to Prepare White Sauce Pasta

Ingredients

  • Butter - 2 tsp.
  • Flour - 2 tsp.
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Salt – (as per taste)
  • Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp.

 

Method

  • In a pan, heat some butter on low flame to liquefy it.
  • Add two spoons of flour to it and blend aptly.
  • Now slowly pour some warm water to it and continue to stir for some time.
  • Now add some salt, pepper and again mix it.
  • Heat the mixture for a while and the delicious basic white sauce is prepared.
  • Now heat up some pasta till it starts boiling and continue to boil it till it becomes soft.
  • Now remove the extra water from the pasta and keep the pasta aside.
  • Heat the white sauce in a pan again and add half cup of cheese and allow it to melt.
  •  Add half glass of milk to dilute the sauce as required.
  •  Now mix the boiled pasta in the sauce and stir for some time.
  •  Delicious White Sauce Pasta is ready. Serve Hot.
