Spago Fusion Recipe: Spaghetti Napolitana

Do you often crave for Italian cuisine? If YES then here we bring you a super-easy Italian recipe to prepare Spaghetti Napolitana, straight from the kitchen of SPAGO FUSION. Read on:

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tsp olive oil (1 for sauce, 1 for spaghetti)
  • whole peeled tomatoes (400g)
  • tomato paste with basil & garlic (150g)
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 300gm spaghetti

Directions:

  • First step is to chop the onion and the garlic. Cook them in oil for at least 2 minutes.
  • Now add tomato paste to it and add a pinch of salt, pepper, basil and sugar. Now mix everything properly.
  • Cut the tomatoes in tiny pieces and add them to the mixture.
  • Now cook it on high stove for at least 10-15 minutes and stir until you see it turning glossy and soft. The paste is ready.
  • Now is the time to cook spaghetti by boiling water by adding a pinch of salt and 1 tsp oil.
  • Now rinse it and mix it with the sauce.
